The principles of personal data processing of Complete BARF s.r.o. are governed by Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(hereinafter referred to as "We" or "Complete BARF")
processes personal data of natural persons in the performance of its business activities, intermediary activities, and the provision and offering of services to natural persons.
I. Whose personal data do we process:
- our customers (i.e. persons with whom, based on the business activities of Complete BARF, a contract was concluded for any of the products, products or services that Complete BARF trades);
- our potential clients (i.e. persons with whom negotiations on cooperation, sales for any of the products, products or services that Complete BARF trades within the framework of its business activities were terminated before their conclusion);
- natural persons whose personal data was provided to Complete BARF by the client/customer or potential client/customer in connection with the business activities of Complete BARF.
II. What categories of personal data can we process in connection with the performance of Complete BARF's business activities:
- identification data, which means personal data used for unambiguous and unmistakable identification (in particular name, surname, date of birth, place of residence, signature, in the case of entrepreneurs also company registration number and tax identification number);
- contact data, i.e. personal data enabling contact with a natural person (in particular contact address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank details);
- personal data that are necessary for the conclusion of contracts/purchase contracts or for the preparation of draft contracts/purchase contracts (to the extent required by individual Business Partners)
III. Why we process personal data:
The processing of the above personal data is in accordance with the legal regulation on the protection of personal data, as its legal basis is the processing, which is:
- performance of the contract between you and Complete BARF pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,
- Complete BARF's legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR,
- Your consent to the processing for the purposes of providing direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial communications and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that no order for goods or services has been placed.
The purpose of processing this data is to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and Complete BARF; When placing an order, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact information). Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract. It is not possible to conclude a contract without providing personal data.
IV. To whom are the personal data of the persons referred to in paragraph 2. possibly transferred:
- to public authorities on the basis of their legal authorization and to the extent thereof (in particular state administration authorities, courts, criminal prosecution authorities, supervisory authorities, etc.);
- to the relevant Business Partner, to the extent corresponding to the purpose of processing and the legal title of processing;
- to Complete BARF's contractual partners, which are entities that provide Complete BARF with accounting, tax, legal and IT services (software applications, web hosting, data storage), and primarily transport companies
All of the above-mentioned entities comply with the standards and regulations on personal data protection.
V. Retention period of personal data of the persons referred to in paragraph 2:
- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and Complete BARF and to assert claims from these contractual relationships, for a maximum of 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship;
- for the period until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, but for a maximum of 5 years if the personal data is processed on the basis of consent.
After the retention period of personal data has expired, Complete BARF will delete this personal data.
VI. The persons referred to in paragraph 2. have the right:
- to access their personal data in order to determine the scope of personal data that Complete BARF processes about a natural person;
- to correct their personal data processed by Complete BARF;
- to restrict the processing of their personal data in specific cases;
- the right to erasure of personal data (right to be forgotten);
- to object to the processing of their personal data if the processing is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing. Based on a written objection, Complete BARF will cease processing the client's personal data for this purpose without undue delay;
- the right to the portability of processed personal data - the right to obtain their personal data that Complete BARF provided for the purposes of fulfilling the contract;
- to file a complaint against the processing of their personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic, ppl. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, internet address: https://www.uoou.cz, if they believe that their right to the protection of personal data has been violated.
