Loyalty Program
We greatly appreciate our loyal customers, which is why we have prepared rewards for you in the form of loyalty discounts. In addition to gifts that also customers who have not yet registered can receive with every order over a certain amount, we have an additional reward for you, the registered ones, for your regular purchases.
- 3% for purchases of goods worth 5,000 CZK and above or equivalent in EUR
- 6% for purchases of goods worth 10,000 CZK and above or equivalent in EUR
- 9% for purchases of goods worth 20,000 CZK and above or equivalent in EUR
- 12% for purchases of goods worth 30,000 CZK and above or equivalent in EUR
Your loyalty discount on selected products is calculated from your total spending on our e-shop over the last 6 calendar months.
The discount is granted to end customers (does not apply to wholesale customers) for fully paid and delivered (non-cancelled) orders placed under a registered account.
You can find the current amount of your discount in your customer account. The amount needed to achieve a specific discount is automatically charged to you with each order placed through your customer account.
The discount applies only to selected products, not to shipping or gift vouchers.
